The biggest issue has been (& will be) Inventory. Some agents aren’t doing their homework & continue to “overprice” listings  ~ one reason why some homes/condos are staying on the market longer than they should, so consequently, there continues to be price reductions daily on our MLS. When listings are priced right, they sell immediately as demand is still very strong here in our area. This is where most buyers want to buy & will get even more so starting next month when more tourists show up in our area. With supply being low & demand continuing to be very high, you may even see some prices going higher ~ that’s why for many of you who have been on my website looking at homes & condos for an extended period of time may want to “pull the trigger” NOW!

With inventories staying low, if you’re ready to buy in the near future, please contact me at your earliest convenience. I sometimes get “inside information” from Delayed Listings that haven’t been put on the public MLS yet or within our own REMAX Brokerage on Hilton Head, Bluffton & Sun City I may get a “heads up” from our Agents of new listings coming on the market before others know. As some of you already know, I’ve been known to do Videos or Live FaceTime with you directly so that we can talk live while I’m visually shown the property to you. That’s an excellent way for you to decide right away (& even save a trip here) to put an offer in on a property of interest. It’s also a great way of “not losing out” to a buyer who happens to be here.
